What encourages you to study? For me factors such as a plan, study buddy, and some personalized folders for notes are my encouragement for learning. (A past co-worker and current professor at Florida State College at Jacksonville once suggested for me to buy new running shorts to encourage me to exercise, it worked!) It's the small things that can boost me to get on track. Also, having a friend to study with is playing a major role on my motivation. I originally bought an ETS (Educational Testing Service) study guide but am enjoying the Kaplan study guide a little more because of the testing insight and breakdown. (The Kaplan study guide has an appendix with GRE resources that covers all of the testing bases!) However, the ETS study guide is a keeper for all of the practice tests. September 2014 will be here before I know it, so I'm off and back to studying.
A leader is best when people barely know that he exists, not so good when people obey and acclaim him, worst when they despise him. Fail to honor people, they fail to honor you. But of a good leader, who talks little, when his work is done, his aims fulfilled, they will all say, "We did this ourselves."
